Alisha Rich is a Sydney-based project manager, designer and artist renowned for her bespoke and commercial artistic concepts, spanning from initial idea development to final installation. Her work is distinguished by a deep immersion into the narrative, collection, or design ethos, often extending beyond the initial brief to deliver innovative and world-class artistic solutions.

Currently studying Arts & Cultural Administration, Alisha is committed to the arts community. She serves as a committee member at the Clifton School of Arts, contributing to the development of programs that engage and enrich the local community as well as working in sales at Michael Reid gallery in Berrima in the Southern Highlands.

Fine Art Practice: Alisha's fine art portfolio includes emotive watercolour, ink, and gouache works. Her pieces are characterised by cloud-soft contours and a striking, provocative style, reflecting her deep engagement with the emotional and narrative aspects of her subjects inspired by the details of the natural world seen under a microscope.  

Career Highlights

David Jones: Alisha led the Windows & Special Events Visual department at David Jones, where she honed her expertise in fashion, home, and luxury brands. Her role involved design & project management of the annual Flower Show & Christmas Animation windows.

Press Play – Vivid Sydney: As the creative director for the immersive light and sound installation "Press Play" at Sydney's Ivy precinct, Alisha transformed the space into a multi-sensory exploration of the moon's power. The event featured dreamy music, hypnotic lights, and avant-garde performers, showcasing her ability to blend art, technology, and performance in a cohesive experience.
